It's essential that as marketplace leaders, that we model servant leadership within a spirit of unity. “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand"-Jesus Christ (Matthew 12:25). The Apostle Paul said, "I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought" (1 Corinthians 1:10). If we as leaders are unified with all people of all backgrounds, ethnicities and otherwise, we will stand out as different-leaving an impression reflecting back to the source of fairness, strength, wisdom...and leadership.
